DCM Shriram Limited built the DCM SHRIRAM e-Suvidha app exclusively for farmers registered in our reserved & assigned areas with our sugar factories situated in Uttar Pradesh. This service is provided by DCM Shriram Limited at no cost and is intended for use as is basis.

During the registration process and while availing the Services, you shall be required to share/upload certain Personal Information. Camera access is required if you want to upload your profile photo on the app.

Location access is required to get weather information and forecast.
E-BULLETIN:
If you have subscribed to DCM SHRIRAM e-Suvidha bulletin, you will receive it by e-mail/Whats App/notification from time to time. E-bulletin will include articles on new agronomic policies/ techniques; etc.
COOKIES:
A cookie is a piece of software code that an internet web site sends to your browser when you access information at that site. This site does not include cookies. Our Application may use ’cookies’ to enhance User experience. Cookies are small encrypted files, that the Application transfers to your computer’s hard drive or on your mobile / tablet device or through any such electronic device through which you may access the Application through your web browser that enables the Application to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information.
SECURITY STANDARDS:
We are committed to protecting your personal data from loss, theft and misuse. However, all mobile apps are meant for use by the targeted audience only. Misuse by non-targeted users should be prevented by owner of the mobile. We will retain User provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. We will retain Automatically Collected information also for a reasonable period of time depending on the nature of the application and thereafter may store it in aggregate. Please note, however, that there might be latency in deleting information from our servers and backed-up versions. In addition, we do not delete from our servers, the files that you have in common with other users
